Failed videos

If a video fails to generate, you are not charged for it, or we refund it in full.

Clearly broken results

If the finished video is clearly broken, such as a missing face or a frozen clip, contact us within 7 days through the form on the content policy page and we will remake it or refund it.

Other cases

AI results vary, so we do not refund videos only because the style is not to your taste.
