Terms of service

Last updated 2026-10-25

By using putmeinmeme.com you agree to these terms.

The service

We turn a photo you upload into a short AI video based on a meme template. Results are generated by AI models and can vary.

Your uploads

You may only upload photos of yourself, or of an adult who has given you permission. You must not upload photos of children, nudity, or images that break the content policy. You keep your rights to your photos and videos.

Payments

Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment provider. See the refund policy.

No affiliation

Templates are inspired by public trends. We are not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any artist, label, platform or person who appears in an original clip.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
